Over the weekend, my wife and I visited a chocolate shop in Franklin, Tennessee named The Cocoa Tree. The shop was started by one of my wife's coworkers and his wife. It's always exciting to hear about someone following their dreams. They opened the shop over the summer and have been growing the company ever since. They offer gourmet chocolate treats and truffles, which you can buy in the shop or from their Web site. They use only the best ingredients, and they have several different flavors to choose from.
